Christopher was born in Defiance, Ohio and currently lives in Paulding. Growing up, Christopher spent time living in Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee. He graduated Paulding High School in 2017 and initially started at Bowling Green State University studying to teach Spanish; he is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s in Social Work from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.

You may have met Christopher when he designed kitchens at Menards for nearly three years, spending most of his career at the Defiance location before becoming an assistant department manager in Fort Wayne. After leaving Menards, Christopher worked in IT and event marketing before finding his home at the Marsh Foundation in Van Wert.

Christopher has worked for the Marsh Foundation since early 2023 as a Family Teacher. He earned the Lead title in 2025, as well as being voted the Marsh Foundation’s first ever Practitioner of the Year by his peers. Christopher helps youth and their families by teaching kids how to overcome their behavioral challenges and navigate their life experiences. In addition to working directly with the youth in a residential setting, Christopher serves at the Marsh by participating in the interview and training process and assisting in an on-call rotation.

Christopher volunteers with PC Workshop, a work-ready program based in Paulding for adults with developmental disabilities. He is also a former volunteer for Youth for Christ and Lifewise.

Christopher became a foster kid in high school and is thankful for his foster family and his community. It was this experience that formed the foundation for his work with kids and mental/behavioral health, and it is through his work in this field that led to his campaign for State Representative.

With no real direction on how to vote in the 2026 elections, Christopher declared his own candidacy to serve as a voice for the most vulnerable in rural Northwest Ohio. The options have remained limited for too long, and Ohioans’ frustrations are showing that to be true. As a Christian, Christopher believes in a dedication to service to others—not himself. What you’ll get from him in the General Assembly is someone held accountable to you and not to his party. This November, it is time to come together to send a message to the government: THEY work for US.

Christopher lives at home with his boyfriend, Jason; living alone in this economy is nearly impossible. Christopher also has a variety of pets, plays saxophone, and enjoys trading card games like Magic: the Gathering.
